“SOURCE DIRECT” provides the opportunity for select retailers to import our unique accessories, artifacts and furniture in “direct to you” shipments.
As of January, 2005, Raintree no longer warehouses any inventory and all of our product is now “production to order”. Your order is now processed as “Source Direct” and is individually created by our artisans and craftsmen in Northern Thailand.
Your customized order is then shipped within our consolidated containers and processed via our Southern California distribution warehouse.
